Im going to college and you want a laptop that I can work in my room, but also to the library and rooms for other people to work on my schoolwork. would be 7. 5 pounds too heavy to do it regularly? 8 pounds? Thank you.

I would say anything over 7 could be tough to carry, though it depends how far. Also, if you use a backpack to carry it the weight won’t be too much of a problem.
200 pounds is too much
I think that’s about right. dont get one with a huge screen. i think about 16 inches should b ok. it’ll be horrible on ur back or arms when u take it to the library if it’s too large.
I know that there has to be about 500 million people that wish that was all they had to be concerned about.
im not sure. but if its too heavy for you to carry around on campus then you might want a lighter weight one.
it really depends on your strength try picking up different weights and seeing if you would be comfortable to carry around
I think it should way about 5 pounds or less if you can find one that ways 5 pounds
Select a backpack instead of a carry bag, it helps a lot. I’ve lugged 3kg+ Acers and they’re actually not bad if you have a backpack.
Consider that you may also need to carry textbooks and assignments around though — you can’t wear 2 backpacks comfortably. A large laptop backpack *may* have enough room to accomodate a textbook or two, but at that point it will be fairly hefty.
